Service is very good.. But personally need, Member price as other shop give discounts for their member customers.
Complaint about what happened yesterday at MR DIY Tamarind Square. I went there to reprint a receipt, but the supervisor (Malay female staff) was very rude. I used to work in retail HQ before, and there’s usually no complication when it comes to reprinting a receipt. But she said she has to raise a ticket and update her manager. That’s fine, but the way she said it was not nice. The most shocking part is she said, “this is the last time I help you to reprint” and told me if the receipt is important, don’t lose it.
