礼貌询问，碰上态度极差的收银员，基本的礼貌都没有，态度非常恶劣，非常差。 1月2号买的耳机，今天1月12号过来cashier counter试问看可以作出更换吗，因为左边的耳机没有声音，由于出国旅游没有在7天內回来更换，我理解不能更换，不是要退回钱，几十块的东西不必做到这样的，太过分了，顾客来买卖消费而且，不必带着情绪化来上班的，原来上Google review查看才知道这里的cashier counter到现在依然还是存在很多的其他顾客投诉cashier counter没有礼貌对待的遭遇，态度非常差。没有改善，公司没有人重视过这间outlet员工素质有问题和态度非常恶劣这件事
