Bought a brand new sink tap from Mr DIY. Didnt realise some parts were already rusted when purchasing as we werent allowed to open and check the product then. We had to use it anyways as they do not allow us to refund/exchange unless the item is faulty. *updates - reached out to their customer service via email following Mr DIY’s response to my review. Super friendly and helpful staff here! I have been to a few other branches but this branch at Surian had the most helpful and friendliest staff ever!
Environment Clean and good displays neatly and nice arrangements. And good are reasonable price.
