I had a really disappointing experience at MR DIY Sunway Giza today. There’s a playground nearby that uses its own token system, and I needed to exchange some coins into RM1 notes to help my kid play. I went to MR DIY politely asking whether they could help me change the coins into a paper note, but the staff rejected me without even explaining properly. Bought a brand new sink tap from Mr DIY. Didnt realise some parts were already rusted when purchasing as we werent allowed to open and check the product then. We had to use it anyways as they do not allow us to refund/exchange unless the item is faulty. *updates - reached out to their customer service via email following Mr DIY’s response to my review.
