The lady cashier working on the 30th of april was extremely rude and not cooperative at all, she was giving a whole lot of attitude looking like we were wasting her time. The collection on the other hand was great and affordable for okay quality goods.
Beware of price... They cheat at check out. At display price is less and at billing counter it shows increased amount. We have seen in many items that are doing this kind of fraud. Try it... You will surprise how they are cheating.
I had a very disappointing experience with Mr.DIY’s customer service. We purchased a product from one of their stores, but when the product had an issue, we had to visit another branch for support. The staff was not helpful and the process was extremely inconvenient. After registering a complaint online, they finally accepted the product for repair, but they told us it would take 20–22 days, which is an unreasonable amount of time for such a simple issue.
