I have installed a 3 ton universal unit and has been working great! I installed & started it up in January during a very cold time. i was very impressed with heat output at temperatures between -15c and -25c for about 2 weeks! Tyler was a great help with the sale and with the few questions I had during installation! I am impressed with the quality and would recommend this to anyone!

Great value and DIY friendly service. My install replacing an existing central AC unit with a MR Cool Universal heat pump went very smoothly - (one word of caution - the pre-charged line set is very stiff and hard to handle - and each line has about 1 inch of added insulation - so it won't fit in a standard line set cover system).
