Great value and DIY friendly service. My install replacing an existing central AC unit with a MR Cool Universal heat pump went very smoothly - (one word of caution - the pre-charged line set is very stiff and hard to handle - and each line has about 1 inch of added insulation - so it won't fit in a standard line set cover system). Very happy with the product. Delivery was quick and I needed some support when the unit displayed an error code when first starting it up. Customer support was quick and very helpful. Highly recommend.
