Mr. Chingon has a fun, energetic atmosphere that makes it a great place to meet up with friends. I ordered the birria tacos with consommé, and the meat was incredibly tender with rich flavor. We also shared loaded nachos that disappeared fast. The staff was attentive, the music added to the vibe without being overwhelming, and the portions were generous. I'd definitely come back for another meal.
