Had to choose a rating but didn’t receive a service as I showed up for my afternoon appointment time for an interior detail and was told that they did not have time for me. I’d advise against booking online as in person the prices are higher (was quoted $50 higher), the time estimate is longer (quoted 5 hours as opposed to 3.5 hours), and your appointment may not be honored.
They did an absolutely phenomenal on my car for a very reasonable price
This place has really gone downhill over the years. The people are rude and lazy. I did the 'Mini Express' which is a pretty standard inside/out clean and wipe-down. They said the car would be done in 90 minutes. When I came back, they were all standing around and hadn't washed my car yet. I sat waiting for another 30 minutes for them to do a half-assed job cleaning my car, then they had the nerve to charge me $90. Unreal.
They did a great job cleaning my car and had no wait time!
I have been taking my two vehicles here for years. They always do a very good job. I get the managers special which is like a mini detail. If they miss something they willl correct.
