I had been looking for several months for a simple wood carving for our daughter’s coffee shop. I drove from Westfield to Brownsburg to their showroom. Wow! Amazing! Great pricing and super help with the design. I had the product in 3 days. My daughter loved it! Will definitely return in the future and I’ve already referred a buddy to MRC!
Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They made an error on my personalized clock and refused to correct it. The order form is confusing—why would anyone ordering an anniversary clock choose to leave off “EST.”? I specifically selected the option that stated “No, I do not want EST left off,” yet it was still omitted. MRC Wood Products' carved wood signs are my go-to gift for weddings, housewarmings, anniversaries, and birthdays. The first one I bought was for my own home, and since then, I have ordered more than 10 signs in different styles and colors, and every single one has been incredible!
