Greeted with great customer service upon entering. Alex is well informed about all the cpap machines available and made a recommendation. Quickly booked in an appointment the next day for mask selection and sizing then walked away with everything I needed for a great sleep. Highly recommended!
This was my first visit to MRC and my first time purchasing a CPAP machine. I had a scheduled appointment with Yvonne at the centre. Yvonne was very friendly, professional and patient. She took her time reviewing my doctor's report going thru each part and explaining it to me. When it got to showing me the CPAP machines, she was very detailed in explaining the features of each one as well as the pricing breakdown.
