Yvonne is fantastic! She's helped me for over two years with my sleep apnea mask and machine. She's extremely personable and will showed me the best options based on my coverage and doctors prescriptions.

I was unable to get my DreamStation recall replacement last year but Yvonne came to my rescue and pointed me to the right direction to finally help me get my replacement. This afternoon Yvonne and Alex did an excellent job explaining to me the functions of different CPAP devices and helped me select the CPAP supplies that I need. Their knowledge of products and customer services are second to none. I would definitely recommend anyone for their services as I have been a customer of MRC for 10 years!
This is my second time seeing Yvonne Hong at the MRC Sleep Clinic. She is very warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had any issue going there. No matter who you see you will be taken care of respectably.
