I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of technical competence and customer service from this company. Our AC unit had a leak. A technician came out on Monday and simply put "stop leak" in the system and topped it off. A couple of days later, the outdoor unit completely shut down. When they came back out they said they were replacing the capacitor even though the tech was 'unsure" if it was even bad, we were told the capacitor "read fine on ohms" and yet they replaced it anyway. Had several people work on my heat pump system, mark came out and fixed it the first time haven't had any issues since.

Been dealing with MRC for about 5 years now. I have done a decent amount of business with them in that time and in 2 different counties. I'll never go anywhere else for my HVAC services. MRC is the best in the business. Outside unit quit kicking on last night. Called them this morning at 8am and they were able to squeeze me in by around noon. I was at work and my wife and 2 daughters were home. No concerns at all about them being there when I wasn't. They are the most trustworthy and respectable people. You will not find a m... read more

Been dealing with MRC for about 5 years now. I have done a decent amount of business with them in that time and in 2 different counties. I'll never go anywhere else for my HVAC services.
