If I could rate lower I would. Not only do they keep charging more & more but they also never handle the maintenance. I have several pictures from different times of the year of the weeds & stickers at our unit. After I called & complained the lady told me she was buying a new weed Eater that week & it would be done. Came back several weeks after & still nothing. I have been renting storage space here for 5 years. It was 55 a month. Now it is 123 a month. I get inflation but, geeez. We deal with it, right? I've been living in South Texas. Just returned and the worst of all is this is now, THE MICE! I'm trying to get an apartment in Snyder, there are none. So my things are still there. They can't tell me where to get a copy of my rental insurance policy and the price keeps going up. I'm stuck in a rut with this place. MONEY-HUNGRY & Corrupt. Within 2 years they've went up on storage fees 3 times.... I had an issue when requsted renter's insurance. They said it was expired; which it wasnt. There was no lapse in coverage. A simple call could have confirmed. Blamed me and then put more charges on my account. NO use contacting them, they will rationalize the increase is due to "up keep". I already have their email... so no need to pubically respond.
