Solves difficult problems and doesn’t give up until he does! I live on the 4th floor of low income senior apartments. Suddenly I had no hot water. Management contacted MRC more than a week after I reported the problem- I still had no hot water and I don’t think management did anything to fix the problem until they contacted Brooks at MRC. Installed tankless water heater. First class work on-site. Only one service call since installation, but was handled promptly and professionally. Would absolutely recommend!!!
