Terrible customer service skills. The owner brags too much about irrelevant customers to other customers. Millionaire this and that. Does a horrible job at fixing jewelry and cleaning jewelry. I hope they can learn from this mistake. Please start with sincere respect and gratitude for your customers not just that king stuff thinking it’s a formal way of saying things to get attention and respect. All that arrogant and cocky behavior don’t read in the streets watch who y’all try to play with
