I can't say I'm happy with their work my chain was missing gem stonesI told them to replace but did not only thing they fixed was the bell for the charm and my jewelry was not clean I also had my earrings fix with new post I just wanted push on post they gave me screw on post which I said I did not want

Sold me silver plated pendant as white gold highly do not recommend. He hides the real material and things by scratching it out on the mock up
