Nothing like waiting over an hour to get your food and getting nothing in your order right. I asked for a sausage bagel, I got bacon. My wife asked for a platter and recieved no toast and paid extra for bacon in her eggs and received none, and the home fries are nasty.I don't write many, if any bad reviews for places but this isn't right and I see why you guys have under a 3.5 rating. You charge high prices but the product you received isn't high quality at all. The math isn't mathing. Will never order again.

Just moved into the neighborhood and was hoping to try out this bagel place. I walk in and am greeted with a grump guy saying “15 minutes for all food”. No “hello how can i help you”. I’m like ok that’s ok even a bagel with Cream cheese takes 15 min? He looks at me like an idiot….. why would toasting a bagel and putting cream cheese on it take 15 minutes? Pésima la Atención Trabajo para aplicacion de Comida y las veces que he ido a recoger tengo que cancelar más ordenes. Los empleados estan todo el tiempo ESTRESADOS y no atienden oportunamente a los clientes. Deberían MEJORAR LA ATENCION y el tiempo de espera.

The first time ordered from there on Uber eats the order took over an hour and a half. today after ordering on DoorDash my order was canceled and refunded because there was no response from the store after 45 minutes
