If I could give 0 stars it would honestly. We just went through the wash and our car is a little lowered but not a lot, we were given the go by a worker to go through the wash anyways. The guy who was supposed to help align the tire with the track had an attitude like it was our fault he’s working and didn’t align us and the wheel slammed into the track. I would not recommend Deer Creek Car Wash. Almost nothing worked properly during my visit. The automatic wash left my car covered in smudges and streaks instead of actually cleaning it. My car was still soaking wet when the wash was finished, which defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash. The self-service vacuums were also not working, making the experience even more frustrating. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this really pissed me off. I just paid $30 to have my car washed, and when I got home I noticed that the entire back row/rear section was barely touched. It looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all. For something as obvious as this, I shouldn’t have to inspect my vehicle and point out areas that were completely missed. They say they close at 6 PM, but they really close before 5:30 PM. They need get their times right.
First timer, and last timer. I pull up and lady comes to me saying it’s an hour wait since “people called off” so, I go to the express wash to save time and do it myself. Paid $21. I pull up to vacuum station just for them to not work. Drive to another vacuum, same issue. I go and tell them and ask if I can at least use the rag to dry my own car, and he tells me to pay $2.
