Coach Tim McFarlin and I highly recommend this practice. We have had only white glove treatment from the doctors, the technicians and especially Wendy at the front desk. We have a family member who struggles with a variety of hearing issues (at this point with great frequency) and these professionals have held our hands to ensure that our loved one receives top-notch treatment. I Highly recommend Audiology Center they took the time fix and clean my hearing Aid and then I did a new hearing Test he took the adjusted results programed it to the hearing aids and made them hearing aids like brand new again with perfect. Mr. Brenneman is efficient, competent untiring and personable. The only drawback is his office doesn’t submit insurance anymore according to his office manager.
Customer service leaves a bit to be desired. Hearing aids stopped working and instead of concerned desire to help I got a condescending “they probably are just clogged with earwax and need to be cleaned”. No, it turned out the receivers needed to be replaced. Very uncomfortable & inappropriate customer treatment.
