I was extremely happy with the care I received. The hearing test was explained in a clear and reassuring way, which made the entire process feel comfortable and easy to understand. I really appreciated the time taken to walk me through the results, and my hearing aids were thoughtfully adjusted to match the new findings. I noticed an improvement right away and left feeling confident and well cared for.
After a rocky start I discovered Heather. As a hearing instrument specialist, her knowledge about the specific hearing aid models is exhaustive. I've been impressed with how she takes an observation about my hearing and knows just the right adjustment to make.
Heather and everyone at the office was awesome! Check-in and the hearing test was pretty easy and quick. She explained every part of the testing and the results. Will definitely recommend to some friends and family to get their hearing checked out.
