Customer service leaves a bit to be desired. Hearing aids stopped working and instead of concerned desire to help I got a condescending “they probably are just clogged with earwax and need to be cleaned”. No, it turned out the receivers needed to be replaced. Very uncomfortable & inappropriate customer treatment.
My experience was wonderful. They were able to see me the same day They fixed my hearing aids the same day. Very happy with their service. Fay
Heather Hart is amazing in her knowledge of both hearing aids as well as problems associated with hearing deficiencies. She is thorough and responsive to all my concerns!!
