Audiologist Heather Hart is so encouraging and very helpful in understanding my personal hearing needs. She explained all the changes I had in hearing since my last exam. Her explanation and graphic display helped me better understand the evolution of my hearing loss.
I was very impressed with my visit with Heather Hart today. She was very knowledgeable regarding tinnitus and adjusted my aids with different settings and so far so good. I changed to ear molds from silicone domes and it seems to be working better as well. If you want a practice that makes a difference then Audiology and Hearing Center is a place you should check into. I have had tinnitus for 40 years.
Dr Hart is top notch. Does a thorough exam (herself) and then explains everything in detail. High recommend!

Heather has assumed the Audiologist role from Suzie. It was a sudden change and I was surprised to arrive for my appointment to find a new person. However, Heather put me at ease with answering questions regarding her background as well as her skills at performing Audio test and adjusting my Phonaks. She has had some great suggestions to help me with getting the most out of the Phonak hearing aids. Thanks.
