Push off any issues and say call the police nothing they can do and the police say HOA issue. MRA does selective enforcement especially in The Village of **********. I am a resident of a mostly African American community in BALTIMORE COUNTY. Recently, I have had difficulty receiving responses from the person who is charged with managing/servicing our community needs. Issues range from exterior and interior building concerns, dangerous tenants, delays in repairing interior and exterior (leaking roof), and scheduling repairs. Some of their staff members harbor many of the attitudes of the ******** ********** and *********** The same persons that have called police on people barbecuing in parks or studying for exams in door rooms. Complete disaster of a company. Does not enforce community standards. Substandard maintenance and lawn care. Does not address homeowner concerns. Fails to pay attention to community budgets and bills putting communities in financial jeopardy. Often rude and dismissive.
