Do not sign his contract without having an attorney look at it first. Make sure your attorney knows that the losing party covers all attorney fees. This will stop him from sueing everybody that doesn't want to pay him. He is too quick with the mechanics lien. Bought a house built by MRA in February in a new subdivision in Jeff. We love the house, it has floors that are easy to clean, an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, and privacy for the bedrooms. Matt responded to all our questions quickly, and was easy to work with. This was a great choice for us.....
