今天带车来做保养，整个体验真的很不错！一开始只是打电话咨询了一下，没想到他们回复得特别快，很快就帮我预约了时间。到店之后，工作人员非常专业又友善，全程讲解得很清楚，从保养内容到价格都没有藏着掖着，透明又合理，完全不会让人有“被坑”的感觉。 保养过程也很高效，技术很靠谱，做完以后开车感觉都不一样了，顺滑不少！还有一点特别加分：他们没有强推任何不必要的项目，只推荐真正需要做的保养内容，这点真的很难得。 总之是一家值得信赖的店，服务好、技术强、价格公道，我以后还会继续来，也会放心推荐给朋友！

I brought my car in for what should have been a minor issue. I clearly explained the problem and even gave suggestions on how to fix it. However, the staff quickly dismissed it and said it couldn’t be repaired. Despite this, I was still charged a relatively high labor fee — without any real attempt to solve the issue.
