Can't praise Mr Vellore and his team enough. Really clear, calm advice on options. Mel answered all my questions about how the admin side worked. And when 4 weeks out of planned surgery I got worse they arranged to perform emergency operation the same day, staying late into a Friday night no doubt missing their own plans. I'm 7 weeks out of surgery and feel amazing. The care has been exceptional.

I was apprehensive about back surgery but had little other choice and so went ahead with it. I was up and about on the same day I had the bulging disc operated on and have had very little pain from Day 1. It's now been 2.5 months, and I am going strong and about to celebrate my 76th birthday. Thanks for the support also from Mel and the Epworth staff.
