My journey began with Mr Vellore in July of 2023 when I met Mr Vellore to discuss a badly herniated disct at L4/L5. We decided to move forward with the surgery (microdiscectomy) at the Epworth in Richmond and I recovered quickly and without issue. Previously I had a bad experience with the attitude of another Neurosurgeon who's reviews explain it all. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Yagnesh Vellore and his front of desk Mel. The whole procedure was seemless. I had C4-5 & C6-7 ACDF Spinal Fusion in July @ Epworth hospital and im the best I've felt for 4 years. Surgery was 100% success. Work Cover refused to cover surgery originally so I went private with no regrets. Thanks to the team at Advanced Neurosurgery Epworth Hospital.
I honestly don’t have enough words to thank Dr. Vellore and Mel for what they’ve done for me. Before my ADR surgery, I was in constant, unbearable pain. I’m so grateful to Mr Vellore and his team. I had an L5/S1 herniated disc from which I suffered ongoing pain and limitation of my daily activity for over 10 years. It’s three days since my surgery. I had an artificial disc replacement (C6-C7)using Pro disc C-Vivo performed by Mr Vellore. My neck and nerve pain seems to have been instantly resolved. So far I’m very happy with the process. Update* 2 years on, and my neck is 100%.
