The service with this company was 5 star to begin with and I was hopeful to use their reliable services on a long term basis. Then small issues commenced with cleaners turning up late and not letting us know, property not cleaned properly each time and finally Mr Wombat insisting to have a key to our property rather than us meeting his cleaners there each time.
