Very disappointing experience. I hired this cleaning company to clean my house and all the rooms, but the quality of the work was very poor. Many areas were not properly cleaned, and when I politely pointed out spots that needed attention, the cleaner became very angry and unpleasant. On top of that, I was charged more than the price we originally agreed on. The situation became very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend being careful before hiring this company.
I’ve been using Mr Wombat Cleaning Services for my Airbnb and they are fantastic. The place is always spotless, the linen service is so reliable, and it genuinely takes all the hard work out of running the property. It’s such a relief knowing my guests will always walk into a beautiful, clean space. Thank you!
