Let's put them out of business – Horrible, over priced, incompetent, late on delivery, unprofessional owner who runs around in ripped up jeans and untied hightops who lacks any sense of customer service. I will go out of my way to never use them again.

ruined a $400 suit ... – We have used this dry cleaner for almost a year now and have never had a problem, but upon receiving my husband’s suits the other day, I noticed a hole and a burn mark on the sleeve of the jacket. I spoke to the owner (Rod) about the issue, and he proceeded to tell me that the hole was a wear mark and that he couldn’t have burnt the suit because they do not iron the sleeves of jackets, they only iron the inside of the sleeves. Unhappy to say the least! – I had a HORRIBLE experience with this business! Before a high-level job interview, I left a suit with this establishment to be professionally cleaned. The day of my interview I took the pants from the hanger only to find they had been stretched out to clown-size! Granted, the material is unique but I assumed they would know how to AT LEAST follow the directions on the label (hand-wash only).
