I see all these great reviews and I was referred by a co worker who said this was soul food but the smothered porchop was not good at all! Cold food, portion small, the food had zero flavor. My mac & cheese, porchop and the cornbread! The kool aid was good atleast. I Was hoping this would be my go to for some soul food.
Don’t get me wrong the food is very good. The price of these dinner plates are outrageous if this is all that I’m getting . This is more like a $10 plate. The chicken wings are extremely small . The sides portions are small . If I’m paying $20 for a plate it should be more .
Fish Dinner, Smothered Pork Chops, Teriyaki Wings, Red Velvet Cake, Daiquiris .....Delicious 🫢 Server was sooooo nice!!
Order taker and service is great. 1st experience here, ordered fried pork chop dinner... bland and too tough to chew, tasted like old grease, had to toss it. Typical canned baked beans, mac/cheese tasted like the frozen kind doctored up. Sad, was hopeful for a new go to. $20 down the drain.
