On 11/27/23 I had a meeting with a sale rep. from Mr. Window. I need a glass replacement. Not knowing a lot about windows. He said I needed a total window replacement, and the window would match other on the exterior. I don't know a lot about the details of the window industry, I trusted him to order the right thing. (my mistake) I gave him $1225.50 deposit. 6 to 8 weeks went by. They told me that it was on back order. Weeks later they showed up at my house with a window that did not match the others. I ordered a single window (from Mr. Window *********************************) with half down given for deposit on 9/2/21. I was told the wait time to order the window and to install it would be 8 weeks. I was contacted by text in late November to schedule my apt for 12/21. On 12/21, no one from Mr. Window showed up for the apt or called to let me know they wouldnt be coming. I called the main line and no one picked up. I received a text the next day. Manufacturing and delivery times remain a complete unknown and patience is the advice given before any contract is signed. I love my new windows. Joe, Heather, Dave, and his installation crew did a great job. Everyone was very professional. I had 3 choices and chose Mr. Windows because Joe provided me an estimate and was very helpful in explaining everything upfront and honest. My windows and patio door were the original ones from 2006 and they replaced all and did a great job. Thanks, Mr. Windows entire staff. I appreciate your hard work. Tammy

Used Mr. Window to replace all the windows on my home. The installation was completed by a couple. They were excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and communicative. I especially love my new picture window. We had a little problem with the measurements on half the windows. Mr. Window eventually replaced with correct windows after a bit of a delay and scheduling problem. Room for improvement, but recommend.
We were very satisfied with the entire process of purchasing and have windows installed by Mr. Windows. Mike Sullivan, with sales, was informative, courteous, patient and didn't pressure us. Later Dave, who installed the windows, was prompt, careful and professional. Afterwards the clean up was thorough and complete. We are very satisfied with our experience with Mr. Windows and recommend them.

Great windows and good customer service. There was a misunderstanding at the time of the contract, but Mr. Window made it right. We all get things wrong sometimes, so it is a pleasure to find a company that takes it seriously when something does happen. I definitely recommend Mr. Window.
