Be careful with this company, Freddi Welch, the owner of the company is very dishonest. He gave me a price for a job and I gave him half of the total deposit and he didn't finish the job. If anyone else has had similar problems, file a police report. I already did. Don't do business with him.
I should have read the reviews of the poor workmanship on previous comments. It was the worst asphalt paving job I have ever seen. He didn’t put base in the several trenches for our commercial project and after it rained all of them caved in. Mind you I let him know since there are several 100 employees that work there and it was a hazard. He refused to come out and fix his work and stopped answering calls. Sealcoat is super thick
I used this company (Fred) for a brand new installation of a asphalt driveway. Fred was very nice in the beginning I paid him half in the beginning and there was never a problem to meet me or he was not busy to collect payment.I paid the second half once the job was supposedly complete. Now I trusted him that the job was going to be done and complete right. Now keep in mind this was for a business not personal.
