Came out same day and fixed my water heater, very friendly, highly recommend.
Mr. Waterheater can not be beat. Their price — 30-40% less than the competition for the exact same tank. Their service — top shelf, taking time and attention to do the job right. But there are two specific things that I feel people need to know: 1. With their brand recognition and ubiquity in the Pgh marketing, I thought Mr. Waterheater was a bigger enterprise (many states, maybe larger). Great experience with the team at Mr. Waterheater. They were here exactly at the time specified. They explained what needed to be repaired, and also what needed to be updated to be "up to code." An exceptional job at a fair price....and done within a day's phone call!
Called at 9:30 am. They came at 10:15 am. Nice install, no issues. Been using them for years.
Our hot water heater broke this morning. We called Mr Water heater. They gave us an estimated price range and were out and had our new water heater installed by 1:30pm! Scotty and RJ were a very nice, friendly and efficient team! I highly recommend this company.
