Matt and Denny were absolutely fantastic—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Professionals all around! I called the office at 6:30 am and had my new hot water heater installed by 1:00 pm. The crew was very friendly, professional and efficient. I learned the pricing from Gary was very competitive, then today's installation from Lucas was quick and professional. We bought both an AO Smith water heater and a Rheem water softener. Upon completion, Lucas showed me how to operate and maintain both units. I'm very pleased!
I cannot speak to this companies pricing or work, but I can say that they are highly unprofessional. They are doing work at a neighbors house and have been blocking my driveway (without permission) for 45 minutes. I am late to an appointment and can not find the driver of the vehicle. I would not use or recommend this company.
My water heater died and they returned my call within an hour and was here replacing it within 3 hours. In this day and age that is incredible. The installers were very pleasant and did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up. They made sure I understood how everything operated and what to look for if there are any issues. I would highly recommend them.
