Office staff was friendly & professional. They had availability to install the same afternoon, but I scheduled next day. As promised, they called with an appointment window in the AM, then called again 15 minutes before arrival. Installation was complete in less than an hour. Work was professionally done. Price was $1260 for a 40 gallon hot water heater (including 3% credit card fees.)
I don't normally post reviews but I had such a great experience with Mr. Water heater! My hot water heater stopped working in the evening and I called and left a message and someone called me back within 30 minutes. The team came out the next day - approximately 12 hours after I first contacted them! They replaced my hot water heater for a very reasonable price and Eric and RJ were so nice and friendly and explained everything they were doing. I would highly recommend Mr. Water heater!!

This was especially helpful as we had plans to take our grandson to Kennywood that day. Your technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.
