This review is for Mr. Wash ownership and management. Your third‑party customer support vendor (Angel) is blocking access to management, making account changes I didn’t request, and refusing to escalate issues. There is no published phone number for the Rehoboth location or for Delaware operations, and even your corporate number no longer works; so customers have no way to reach an actual Mr. Wash manager. worst car wash i’ve been through - $20 for a car wash that didn’t even get the top or front of my car clean. the vacuums are decent for a car wash and it’s nice that they provide towels, but i used the towels to clean what the car wash couldn’t…. it’s like none of the equipment even touched my vehicle!
I’ve been very happy with the staff and personal personnel at Mr. Walsh in Rehoboth. They’re very friendly accommodating and do a great job with my car.
$20 external wash. One employee at entrance guides you in and barley used the soap sprayer on windshield. No crew with pre wash pressure sprayers as in most car washer. After going through wash cycle still had bird dropping on hood.
