Let’s start with it’s inexpensive and you get what you paid for. Does the machine wash your car? For the most part yes. It’s far from perfect though. And the drying portion is abysmal. Sometimes it dries some of your car and sometimes it doesn’t dry any of it. The vacuum cleaners are pretty good. Every now and then you will encounter one or two that have very little suction but the others are pretty solid. I am sure the staff means well, but they are not always the most attentive.
