Mr Wash Damage to Vehicle My car was also damaged at Mr. Wash, but they will not respond to my multiple contacts to their headquarters. Apparently they feel no responsibility to their customers. Be very leery of using their services. I will not use them again.
Avoid Mr. Wash - brushless doesn't mean no damage! I have used this car wash for many years with satisfactory service. On March 17, 2006 my car was severely damaged while in the washing bay. The manager was helpful and polite and took the incident report, but the corporate office denied they damaged the car without even sending someone to look at it.
