I just called Mr Volt about a cable line down on the ground. He could have come out and charged me for the fix, but instead he advised that I call AT&T since they should fix it for free. I respect his honesty! Thank you!

Mr. Volte was excellent! He answered the phone immediately, came in 45 minutes like he said, fixed my problem switch and checked related wiring, and was gone. Very friendly, respectful, and professional, and the cost was very reasonable.
