The staff is very helpful, and the prices are excellent.
Im not satisfied with the service
Had a terrible experience at the 8th Street location. The staff acted condescending and seemed convinced they knew more than I did, even though I’ve used similar devices successfully for years. I bought a defective vape, and when I tried to return it, a staff member insisted it was just a pod issue, even though I tried multiple pods and settings. He continued to blame me instead of actually investigating the problem. He then made me buy his recommended pods which I already use for my vape and were not the problem. To make ma... read more
