Called and was told it would be $60 for someone to come out and then they would give me a quote for the work to be done and $60 would go towards whatever needed to be done. When the guys showed up they tell me it’s $60 dispatch fee and another then $245 for diagnostics to be done. Not sure if miss-communication that was intentional, but definitely felt like I was scammed.
Jordon did a phenomenal job, made sure I understood everything that he was doing and why it needed doing. Would highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs!
We had lightning strike our home and had to evacuate due to a power surge. I left a message in the middle of the night and Chris called me first thing in the morning. Landon was here at 8am went straight to work assessing our home and repairing all of the damages. He was here all day and was such a pleasure to have in our home. Mr. Value Electricians is always our first call when we need an electrician. Today was another confirmation for that recommendation! We’ve had issues over the past few years with our wired doorbell; Cole Jones arrived today precisely on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the transformer, and installed a new Ring doorbell for us. Mr Value service lives up to its name. They provided great customer service' fast response, reasonable pricing and the company has great work ethics. They completed the job quickly and stayed until power was reconnected. Jordon was very courteous, friendly and worked diligently to get the job done right..
