Very poor customer service, was completely rude. I had a 400 dollar vacuum I brought in to be repaired. He told me he wanted nothing to do with the vacuum and I was ignorant for buying this specific type of vacuum. Wow....just wow. I have never been treated so poorly.
Mr. Vac is amazing. I have purchased 4 miele vacumes from him. I have brought them to him to fix this and that over 20 years and he fixes them up in a jiffy. I am greatful to you, Mr. Vac. The reason for 4 vacuums is one for each floor and one my young child tried to vacumn water and ruined it. Im writing this because I was scared to look you up and find that Covid 19 sent you out of business. I am so completely happy to see you are still open!!!!
Only place I go n.v for vacuum stuff. I have a sanitaire vacuum and I only trust him. He knows his vacuums
We have purchased multiple commercial grade vacuums from Mr. Vac for over 15 years. The rule with vacuum cleaners is you get what you pay for. If you want a once and done model there are other places to go. If you want an establishment where you can purchase a quality, made to last vacuum, where repairs by a local professional can be done in a timely and polite manner you go to Mr. Vac.
