Took my XC60 in for 2 different noises it was making. They were able to ID the issues, provide me with a quote, and suggested some additional work. Everything was done that day. Clear, friendly communication, and prompt, on schedule service.
Mr V doesn't have the full capacity of the dealers on ignition items, regarding key codes and such items. I have bought parts here several times and they seem to have a good stock at dealer prices of better. Glad to have someone competing with the dealers.
Don't Go Here For Electrical or Computer Issues: I did and they couldn't solve a the ECU problem, after assuring me of their expertise. Seems 2 or 3 other times in these reviews Danny failed. I towed a non-starting Volvo in. Assured they would solve it 75% of the times in parking lot. After $550 of time searching for the problem, they were unable to solve, unless I wanted to replace ECU and ignition completely. They recommended junking a Volvo with 240k. 11/10. These guys are exactly what every other shop should strive to be. Hands down the best shop experience I've ever had. I was traveling across the county from Ontario on a timeline that didn't lend itself to completing the work before leaving. Even though I arrived a day after they were expecting me, they still fit me in to complete the work and keep me on schedule.
