The owner of this company is so crotchety and impossible to work with. Customer service actually goes a long way. Have had my vehicle serviced there before , never again. Take your business where your concerns are heard and you aren’t belittled

Regarding Volvo repairs they are very poor at analyzing an engine problem. They make an expensive repair not fully understanding the real issue and not resolving it. Spend money on a repair that does not resolve the problem. The attitude of the owner is not professional or respectful. Best to bring your Volvo to Valentine Volvo where they stand behind their work done with results.
