Danny and Carter are very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of things that required urgent repair and the repair service at Mr V Plus was less expensive than the Volvo dealership.
Years ago these guys helped me repair my Volvo when I had my window smashed out. They were able to source a used one, and install it for a good price considering the new window would have been hundreds more, and weeks out since it had to come from Sweden. Their owner however seems to be a loose canon. If you do anything that he doesn't like he won't hesitate to act erratic. I had a fantastic experience here! The team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly. My vehicle was ready right on schedule, the pricing was very fair, and the issue is resolved. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by giving me helpful advice regarding warranty I may qualify for, without me even asking. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but I definitely do now. Highly recommend!
Took my XC60 in for 2 different noises it was making. They were able to ID the issues, provide me with a quote, and suggested some additional work. Everything was done that day. Clear, friendly communication, and prompt, on schedule service.
Mr V doesn't have the full capacity of the dealers on ignition items, regarding key codes and such items. I have bought parts here several times and they seem to have a good stock at dealer prices of better. Glad to have someone competing with the dealers.
