I recently had a disappointing experience with this company. After my MOT with them, which noted an advisory due to tyre wear, I had a tyre fitted, but it seems the wrong tire was installed. When I returned for my MOT five months later, I was informed that the tires didn’t match, resulting in an MOT failure. This meant I had been driving a potentially dangerous car for five months. Absolutely excellent service and an honest price
Highly recommended for customers service and reliability. Just had a major service done by Mr tyre. Booked in on the online system (very easy) then called the next day to confirm.The person I spoke to(Jerry?) was really helpful and offered for me to drop my car off at a earlier time then originally booked, so that all the work could be carried out in the same day. Had a puncture and went to the garage, only to be told that the tyre couldn’t be repaired and that a new one would be fitted for a minimum of £66. I went to 2 garages after this (I felt suspicious I was being taken advantage of) both of whom said they could fix the tyre easily. In the end, I had it fixed the next day for £15.
