The lady at the tuxedo place was very pleasant. But the lady at the dress shop was very rude. Would never go back there again and would never recommend it.

Do not purchase anything from here!! The service was inadequate and they did nothing but cause me stress. Mr. Tuxedo in Carterville, IL told me that I could get a specific discount on my bridesmaids dresses if I bought them there because I purchased my wedding dress from them. So I picked out a bridesmaid dress that was a little above my budget because I was getting a great deal. The staff at Mr. Tuxedo and Bridal is lacking good customer service skills. I went there to buy a wedding dress, but it took the woman behind the counter almost 5 minutes to acknowledge that I was in the building. She was too busy discussing local gossip (nothing business related) with another woman! When she finally did speak to me, she asked (shouted from across the room) what I was there for and then pointed me toward the wedding dresses in the back.
