We had this service for many years and our level of satisfaction declined but their price increased. We cancelled the service but they came and treated our yard anyway. Then they billed us for it. Called and called to explain that we had switched to another company. but they kept sending us the bill for the unrequested service call. Now they have sent our bill to a collections agency for the sake of $59.00. We don't usually write negative reviews but this is poor record keeping and not the way to build a business.
I have had this service for a couple years now. I switched from Top turf due to my yard getting out of control. It took Mr. Turf 2 treatments to get it looking better than ever before. The technician is super friendly and never has a problem answering my questions. Keep up the good work guys.
I love this service! We used Dorsey's for years and finally I couldn't count on when they would come out, our service guy was condescending and rude, and calls to the manager weren't returned for days (Dorsey's). Since switching to Mr. Turf, we get calls the day before notifying us that they are coming, my yard is gorgeous, and they charge less for the same service!
I have had service with them since 1999 and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is excellent and I'm not just a number. My technician is courteous and always smiling. I highly recommend their service.
Horrible service. Whatever chemicals or treatment's they used are 100% ineffective. To makes matter's even worse, they keep charging you, even though there are no results, and are more concerned with their bills.
Very inconsistent service. Bills for services not performed. Extremely rude receptionist. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
