Took my boat to them when I didn't have reverse they looked at the motor and said it wasn't worth doing. Then took it to dons who looked at it and said they messed up the impeller and he then fixed the problem. The only reason they have one star is because I can't go lower. If you want something done right take it to dons marine in Lodi
