Rude Management, Unprofessional and Overpriced. Avoid. I deal with contractors often in my line of work and do not recommend this place. I needed a lock removed and although I have the equipment to remove it myself the new policy of the storage unit facility I rent from will only permit licensed lock smiths for the job. They charged me $210.00 for 5 minutes of work on a lock that cost $19.99 from Home Depot.
