Called to have someone see if my key fob needed to be changed. ****** said yes its my key and nothing else. After work was done, worker then proceeds to tell me my battery is dead. He jumped started my car; worker was gone by the time i had came from inside to go grab something. I then proceeded to drive off to go somewhere and my car totally stopped working in the middle of the road. I am now left on the middle of the road having to call a tow truck. I called them for my elderly father. The guy wasnt on time. He said a time and then called back and said another time. When he did finally show up my dad asked him a couple of times. How much it was going to be and he ignored my dad. Until my dad signed the paper $544 for new locks and he didnt even get it right. There is a gap you can see. These guys can barely do their job and are hugely overpriced and fraudulent. They do not have the ability to perform their job appropriately and they also do not clean up after themselves. The entire experience was truly miserable

Locked myself out of my condo and this company was the only one that said they could come out. Mind you, I have used these guys before to make keys for vehicles for my business on two other occasions. Unfortunately, I didnt have the luxury of time to shop on these occasions and spent $900+ on both occurrences. They charge around $500 for a $40 key and additional 300 - 400 to program the key. I needed a lock removed and although I have the equipment to remove it myself the new policy of the storage unit facility I rent from will only permit licensed lock smiths for the job. They charged me $210.00 for 5 minutes of work on a lock that cost $19.99 from Home Depot. Company did not disclose price over phone to unlock my door (no bolt lock). Service person was late, then charged me $65 service fee and then an additional $350 before starting work. Price is dependent on service required. He opened my door in 5 min. I told him I couldn't afford it, I will kick my door in. He asked what I thought I have to pay, I figured $100. Agreed to pay $150. the fact that tech is professional and experienced and he make the job look easy doesn't mean service will be for free.you state you have no money for groceries and tech waived more than 50% off the amount beacuse he was nice enough and was trying to help, although you were screaming and being rude since 1st second.
