The guys in M&R do fine work. Zach pulled the head off my 3406E January of 2025. And made the necessary repairs then. Anyway I took it back this week April 15th 2026 just to have it checked out. Put a scanner on it found no codes. Everything seems to be okie dokie. Good caterpillar mechanics like really good.
BEWARE…. SCAM ARTIST. Horrible service. Left with engine having more leaks and problems.
Tried to use their business and they told me to come in at a certain time. I came in and brought my bus all the way there at the time they said. He told me he wouldn’t look at it for another 5 days. So I took my bus home and won’t ever go back!! Absolutely horrible service. The owner has been around too much diesel to make sense anymore.
M&R is a must for heavy duty truck repair. Mike is honest and fair. Top notch service!
