I don't usually write poor reviews but here I needed to express my utter dissatisfaction with the service I was meant to receive. I was scheduled for a lawn aeration, but no one ever showed up. Despite being home all day, the appointment was missed entirely. The follow-up was equally subpar. After calling in the evening, I was promised a quick return call that never came.
