Nick is phenomenal! He goes out of his way to be helpful to you. I don’t feel like I was over charged. He makes it his business to offer you the best advice for your car. He is courteous. He is personable. And so are the rest of the workers. I’ve returned to Mr. Transmission throughout the year. It never changes. Nick and the mechanics , there, offer me the best care. Our transmission went out on our way to Nashville and had to leave the car in Birmingham. Very stressful situation but Nick was fantastic and stayed in constant communication, got our car towed to the shop, replaced the transmission way quicker than we were expecting, and now the car drives like a champ again!
