We brought our car to this location due to a few electronic issues we had been having. Our appointment time was scheduled for 8:30am. Not only did it take them literally the entire day to run the diagnostic test, when we picked up the car, the key fob didn't work anymore. Since we weren't able to pick up the car until right before they closed, I called as soon as we got home (which was after hours for them) and left a message asking them to call me back to discuss what happened with the key fob and how they were going to fix... read more
