My family and I have been coming to Milex/Mr. Transmission of Crest Hill for over 10 years. Jason has always been friendly and helpful. He always has been fair and never tries to sell any services that are not required. I would not take my cars anywhere else.
I’ve been coming here for years, mostly for routine oil changes, and my car has always been well taken care of. Recently, I couldn’t get an appointment when I needed one because the shop was so busy, so I went elsewhere for an oil change. That shop called and told me my car needed over $7,000 in repairs. We dropped off car after confirming on my own diagnosis computer of 2 issues (Intake Air Temp sensor) & (Mass Air Flow sensor). There was another issue with front suspension which we needed diagnosed. Car was dropped-off on 7-3-25. I kept waiting for any communication of a diagnosis. I understood Jim was whom we had left the car with. We had been recommended to try Milex - Crest Hill, with Jason or Jim.
