Jim and Jason took care of me when I was in a jam..First of all I was basically 2 hours from home..I have Intoxalok on my truck so that's a whole other thing..They fit me in last minute when they really didn't need to..they were swamped as it was..But I feel they felt my pain and had a starter in my truck next day .Thanks so much guys.
Don't go here. My neighbors car caught fire and blew up on the interstate right after they got it back from Milex in Cresthill. They messed up hooking up the fuel line. That wasn't even the problem that the car was having when they brought it in. Thank God , everyone is o.k Please be careful this could have killed them.
My truck started making a weird engine noise. Called Jason and was able to get me an appointment the following day. Quickly diagnosed when I showed up, transparent and fair with the pricing and had the repair done same day. They even gave me a complimentary ride back to my shop and picked me back up when the repair was done! They landed a customer for life
had to put a 5 stars so people see it, they do not care about there customers, they told me it would be done in a day and they told me mostly all employees are off. sir this is a business nothing is free, and for them to not even call me for updates. very very poor service, you guys should be ashamed
