Best case incompetent, worst case dishonest. Spent almost $6,000 a little over a year ago on a new transmission and spark plugs for 2 cylinders misfiring. Now I'm $600 into carmerica for them fixing the misfiring cylinders and God knows how much to Ross Brothers to fix the continuing issues with my transmission. My wife got a rebuilt transmission from them around the same time and it spent most of last year at their shop and they had no clue how to fix it and now the van is basically undriveable and she had to get a jeep. He had this poor girls car two different occasions in less than two months charged her almost $1500 and her vehicle didn’t even last a day! We have videos!! Do not let Gary “BULLY YOU” BAD BUSINESS
