Beware! Make sure you check for missing parts. My driveshaft was not put back in on my awd car after a transmission rebuild. I now have fwd.
Needed my transmission rebuilt and they got it done with no issues, was quoted at a certain price and they stuck to it. Really reputable and Gary was awesome!
I did not have a great experience with Mr. Transmission in Clarksville. What was quoted as a 2 week job to swap a CVT turned into almost 3 months without my car. I had to point out numerous issues including noises, dash lights, and cosmetic damages after being told the vehicle was "good to go", on multiple attempts to pick up a "finished" car. Took my car after it sat undriven for quite a long while to get diagnosed for a potential transmission issue. Gary and his team were able to confirm it was my cv axel and not the transmission making my repair a lot less than what I expected! Because my car had been sitting for so long before taking it there it needed the battery jumped and air in the tire, they made sure to take care of that so I could still drive home free of charge. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I took my car into Mr Transmission asking for a transmission flush. I also knew that I had a damaged ABS sensor that was effecting the car (the computer thinks you are losing brakes). They looked at my car and said I needed a brand new $4000 transmission. When I tried talking to the older man there he was so rude to myself and my daughter. He showed me a scan to justify the needing of a new transmission that wasn’t even for my car.
