1 Star because it didn't offer less, I went in with my car got a quote then the worst thing I took it in for the work. Since I picked it up, I have taken it back 4 times with the same issues. The last time they called me and said they saw no issues and then called back in an hour and said all the gears were striped. They want another 4,300 to fix it after I gave them 4,200 the first time for a rebuilt. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THE FIRST TIME I paid 4,200 for a rebuild it would have been rebuilt but no. Complete rip off, rebuilt my transmission and it did not shift correctly, after trying numerous times to get it resolved they would only hang up on me when I called. Not honoring the warranty. Trust me when I tell you, go elsewhere.

My husband and I chose this shop because of the ratings vs. other shops nearby. The other reasoning we chose this particular shop was the offer for free towing and diagnostics with repair, as the car had been sitting for 4 months with a dead battery. The car prior to the dead battery was only giving hesitation when really hitting the gas. We told them we would be leaving state and needed everything in good condition for this trip, they said it would be no problem but that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight.
