Worse experience I ever had in my life with a mechanic shop. I have dealt with shade tree mechanics that have better customer service than this. My car wouldn't go into park because my shifter cable was broken. He charged me $69.99 for a diagnostic just to tell me the same thing. He said the job would only take a hour or two.
