Excellent service! I brought my 2002 F-150 to get the transmission looked because it was making a odd sound like the torque converter was failing. The dealership told me that the transmission was leaking and starting to go. The great technicians here inspected the transmission and told me it was great and tracked down the sound, turns out the alternator bearing was going bad and the sound was traveling to the area where the motor and transmission mated.
