Stay away from this place! Took my truck there to have my tranny fixed. I've had to take it back 4 more times they can't get the job done right and now they want to terminate my warranty. I will be making a complaint with BBB and see them in court
We were stranded with a car that wouldn't go into gear, while en route from Florida to Ontario Canada. The staff at the Cassat Ave Jacksonville location were superb. They found us the best deal and the best warranty and got us on our way as quick as they could!!! The receptionist, Tal, was very accommodating with our billion calls for updates!! The mechanics in the shop were very informative and honest, answered all and any questions we had.Thanks so much guys, we are happy to be heading home!!!
