I used Mr. Tom’s for my countertops when remodeling my house. In fact, I’ve used his services twice over the past 10yrs. His team of experts always do a great job. The product quality and craftsmanship won’t disappoint.
I hate giving bad reviews but after trying for a very long time to address it with them and getting no response I don’t know where else to go. We had Mr Tom’s put in new counter tops and backsplash in 2019. After work was completed we found out that the glass backsplash was cut with the wrong type of saw so the edges are all jagged. When it was brought to their attention we were dismissed. Told it wouldn’t be a problem. Now it has discolored. They also said they would come back in 5 years and reseal the countertops.
