Total Car Care has been such a blessing! Robert has taken great care of our Volkswagen Passat. I chose this place because of the reviews and have not been disappointed. Prices are decent, he does not overcharge, guarantees his work, and has amazing customer service. We are a military family and as long as we are in Virginia, Robert will have our loyalty. Experience was absolutely horrible!! I got my car towed here for starter issues, they said they have to run a diagnostic, cool, come back he lied and said it was my fuel pump and tried to charge me $1200 for the service. I picked up the car got a second opinion and it was my starter like I knew. So I paid $125 for a diagnostic that they did not run at all! And they tried to get more money out of me. I swear black people will try to get a dollar any way. Unprofessional! Stay away!
