Total Car Care has been such a blessing! Robert has taken great care of our Volkswagen Passat. I chose this place because of the reviews and have not been disappointed. Prices are decent, he does not overcharge, guarantees his work, and has amazing customer service. We are a military family and as long as we are in Virginia, Robert will have our loyalty. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
Experience was absolutely horrible!! I got my car towed here for starter issues, they said they have to run a diagnostic, cool, come back he lied and said it was my fuel pump and tried to charge me $1200 for the service. I picked up the car got a second opinion and it was my starter like I knew. So I paid $125 for a diagnostic that they did not run at all! And they tried to get more money out of me. I swear black people will try to get a dollar any way. Unprofessional! Stay away!

Based upon my own personal experience with Mr. Robert, and his business total car repair center off airline was fantastic. I am a woman who after repeated failed attempts at getting my truck fixed/looked at due to overheating and leaking, paying backyard bugaloo mechanics money just for them to say what they thought the problem was and how much it'll cost for me to get it fixed.
