Even though there was no mechanic available to help us, staff did what they could to check out our vehicle and see what was going on. Friendly and helpful service.
Oh my goodness! Went to CT and they were useless, these guys saved our lives, 4 new trailer tyres, put on rims and mounted in 40 mins! Excellent service still exists
Great service from AJ and Glenn! We had a Camper Van tire go flat on us while at Englishman's Creek Campground (with no spare tire) on a Sunday. Called the 24 hour emergency line and AJ got back to us and arranged for Glenn to drive out Monday morning to bring us a spare and take the tire to be repaired...we drove into Cranbrook and within 1/2 hour had our tire repaired and back on and we were on the road again. Excellent customer service. Well done!
So I filled up at Shell station, and as soon as I left it, I got a flat tire. It was 730 in the morning and I called Mr. tire and they were able to get me in right away. New tire. 30 minutes later. I’m on the road. What excellent Service.
Today we needed a quick tire change, and not only did this shop fit us in within two hours, but the owner was also extremely polite and tried to help us. I would 100% recommend this service!
